- Large motor yachts with 144-volt power supply
- Equipment with integration into the VRM ecosystem via Cerbo GX
Available interfaces
- Bluetooth Smart – for local communication with smartphones and PCs
- VE.Direct – for inclusion in Victron centralized control systems
- Relay contact – external load control
- Temperature sensor input – for smart charge current compensation
Automatic generator control
BMV-710H Smart takes control of the backup generator, relying on:
- Current percentage of charge (SoC)
- Array voltage
- Estimation of time until battery charging ends
This is especially valuable when used with LiFePO₄ because they:
- Charges very quickly
- Extremely sensitive to the correct charge parameters
- They hold voltage for a long time without sags, which makes it difficult to measure the SoC without a high-quality monitor
Protection and safety of high voltage circuits
- Successful operation in conditions up to 350 V DC
- Massive 500 A shunt design
- Possibility of transmitting emergency alerts (via relay)
- Global monitoring of all parameters via the VRM portal
