A lithium LiFePO₄ battery (12.8 V, 100 Ah) will charge from the same charger slightly faster — about 10 hours, depending on the internal limits of the BMS board.

How to correctly calculate the charger power for the battery capacity?
The optimal charging current depends on the applied battery technology:

For lead-acid batteries (AGM, GEL, starter), the safe charging current should be between 5% and 15% of their nominal capacity. For example, a 65 Ah battery requires a current from 3.25 A (65 * 0.05) to 9.75 A (65 * 0.15) — 5 A or 7 A models are perfectly suited here.
For lithium batteries (LiFePO₄), higher currents are permissible: from 10% to 50% of the capacity. Accordingly, a 100 Ah battery can be safely charged with devices having a nominal current strength from 10 A to 50 A.
