Victron AC Current Sensor (CSE000100000) — is a highly accurate current transformer designed to measure alternating current (AC) parameters with a maximum load of up to 100 Amps. This sensor is specifically designed for integration with Victron GX communication control panels (Cerbo GX, Venus GX, Ekrano GX, etc.). It allows measuring the power generated by grid-tied solar inverters (PV Inverter) and displaying this data in the overall monitoring system on the VRM portal.
Advantages of the Victron AC Current Sensor
- Measuring high currents (up to 100 A) without directly breaking the circuit (inductive principle).
- Direct connection to a special "Sensor" input on GX family controllers.
- Integration of third-party grid-tied inverters into the Victron Energy ecosystem without using expensive meters (e.g., Carlo Gavazzi).
- Display of real-time solar energy generation (PV power) on the system display and in the VRM Portal.
- Simple installation: the phase wire is simply passed through the ring of the current transformer.
