Temperature Sensor Victron Energy (ASS000001000) — is an original temperature sensor designed to be connected to powerful inverters (Quattro, MultiPlus) and system controllers (Cerbo GX, Venus GX). Its use is critically important for the proper charging of lead-acid batteries (AGM, GEL), as the charging voltage must be adjusted depending on the ambient temperature and the batteries themselves.

Advantages of the Victron Temperature Sensor

Provides temperature compensation of the charging voltage, protecting batteries from electrolyte boiling in summer and undercharging in winter.
Allows remote monitoring of the battery compartment temperature via GX panels and the VRM portal.
