Current transformer 100A:50mA (2-wire connection) – this is a precision sensor designed for integration with Victron Energy inverters (MultiPlus-II and Quattro-II lines) that support external current measurement technology. The sensor measures the actual consumption of the facility from the city power grid and transmits this signal to the inverter. This allows you to use the "smart" PowerControl and PowerAssist modes to automatically help a weak network or generator.

The transformer is critically necessary when setting up ESS (hybrid storage systems). Receiving real-time energy import data, the inverter understands when it needs to take energy from batteries or solar panels to cover home consumption and prevent the input circuit breaker from tripping.
